Cynthia Jones is the ECM Administrator for Department of Financial Institutions’ ECM solution. She has been part of all the major parts of implementation, and has seen the system at its best. She has also overcome some of the challenges that come with a major systems migration. Often most of the work is focused on the technical or “back-end” implementation when end-user adoption can be a much larger change management push than expected.

Step 2: Payment
Before making payment, be sure you click ‘submit’ on the registration form above. Payment by credit card/PayPal at the time of registration (prior to the event) is preferred. Payment may be made by check at the event. We cannot accept cash or credit card payments at the event venue.
Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the event date can receive a full refund, or you can substitute another co-worker to attend in your place. For cancellations less than 3 days before the event date, no refund will be given as the dinner has already been paid for and is nonrefundable.
No Shows: If you select ‘pay at the event’ and do not attend, we will send an invoice for payment as the dinner has already been paid for and is nonrefundable.
