This program is a follow-up from April 2019’s ‘ECM Road Map’ panel discussion. The City of Tacoma’s journey toward managing electronic records continues! Members of the records management team will share updates from their agency’s ECM project, including key decisions and milestones, how RM fits into the overall strategy, and lessons learned along the way.

Payment by credit card/PayPal at the time of registration (prior to the event) is preferred. To arrange alternate payment method please email email@example.com. We do not accept payments at the event venue.
Credit Card / PayPal Payment
Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the event date can receive a full refund, or you can substitute another co-worker to attend in your place. For cancellations less than 3 days before the event date, no refund will be given as the dinner has already been paid for and is nonrefundable.
No Shows: If you select ‘pay at the event’ and do not attend, we will send an invoice for payment as the dinner has already been paid for and is nonrefundable.
About the Speakers:
Susan D. Haigh is a records manager at the City of Tacoma and has worked in RIM for the past 12 years. She is an active member of professional associations including ARMA and WAPRO, and is both a Certified Municipal Clerk and a Certified Public Records Officer. She completed a Masters of Archives and Records Administration at San José State University.
Patty Holmquist is a records manager for the City of Tacoma, Public Utilities and worked in RIM for the past 22 years. She is a member of ARMA, and a Certified Records Manager (CRM). She holds a degree in Business Administration and certificate in Information and Records Management from the University of Washington Library School. She has records management experience in finance, health, legal, government and utility sectors.
Jennifer Palmisano is a records and business analyst at the City of Tacoma. She has worked in RIM for over 4 years, and has over 11 years experience in taxonomy and information systems. Jennifer completed a Masters in Information and Library Science at Pratt Institute with a focus on government information, human information seeking behavior, and metadata/cataloging.
